Shipping costs and delivery times
All of our products include free shipping and will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class post. Royal Mail estimate their delivery times will take 3 working days.
Order tracking
If your item hasn't arrived within 9 working days after the item was posted please get in touch and we will either issue a refund or arrange for another package to be sent. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for incorrect address details being provided so please ensure you have enterd the correct address details.
Service updates
Subsciption box payments will be taken as a rolling subscription on the 28th of the month and will be sent by the 14th of the following month. For all other items please allow 4-5 days to process your order.
