Billing Questions
For subscription services payments, apart from the initial payment which is taken upon date of initial purchase, payments will be taken on the 28th of the month and products will be shipped by the 14th of the following month.
Order Status & History
We offer a customer log-in area whereby you can manage your account, pause or cancel your subscription and view previous invoices.
Cancelled Orders
You can pause or cancel at any time. If you decide that The Hair Box Company isn’t right for you, then you can cancel at any time after your minimum term commitment. Please note, to cancel for the following month’s box, you must cancel by the 28th of the month.
